Florida Health Finder had earned national recognition for health data transparency since its launch in 2000, but the underlying interface had not kept pace with user expectations. In 2022, AHCA identified the need to refresh the site alongside the MyFloridaRX and Florida Price Finder initiatives. The agency wanted a consistent, modern experience across all health transparency tools — one that could serve both consumers and organizations that rely on the data for business decisions.

Cloud Navigator worked with AHCA to redesign the Florida Health Finder user interface with an emphasis on clarity, consistency, and maintainability. The new design aligns with the visual and technical standards established across other AHCA health transparency platforms. The site makes it easier for Floridians to search for healthcare facilities and providers, review performance data, and access resources — all through a more intuitive layout built for long-term upkeep.

The modernized Florida Health Finder gives residents a cleaner, faster experience when researching healthcare options. The updated interface supports AHCA’s goal of consistent health transparency across all state platforms and makes it easier for both consumers and institutional users to find and act on the information they need.
